Get Involved > Recovery Crew > Rescue Boat Crew

Rescue Boat Crews are required for all circuit races. Given the furious nature of racing, and the choppy water after the sea breeze comes in at Burswood (most commonly used course), crews are assured of being busy. Rescue Boat duties are scheduled to allow crews to alternate between competing in their normal Class and keeping a watchful eye on those racing. If you can help please contact the Rear Commodore or the Race Director of the particular Event. If you perform Rescue Boat duties you will earn Competition Licence points. Sweep Boat Crews are always required for river races
