Avon Support Unit

Rescue and Recovery in the Avon Descent is provided by the Avon Support Unit.

The ASU has a Team structure and each member of a Team has training in swiftwater rescue, first aid and patient handling

The ASU trains throughout the year on various rivers throughout the South West.
